Michael Smith - President & CEO
Michael is the President and co-founder of ConSova Corporation. Prior to joining ConSova, Michael served as a Vice President at Clark Consulting, a leading Health and Welfare Benefits firm. Michael held positions in Finance and Labor Relations for US Airways. He also worked for a global consulting firm as a Manager developing a health care cost containment practice. Throughout his professional career, Michael has developed his skills through evaluating and reengineering processes within various employer operating units and third-party vendors designed to improve financial performance.
Michael initially obtained his health and welfare consulting experience while working on several medical and psychiatric third party administrator projects as an internal auditor for the self-insured medical plan. These efforts were sponsored by his employer and other organizations within the industry. The purpose of these projects was to review the administrator's claim adjudication process, their ability to manage the company's financial resources, health plan cost containment practices, service agreement compliance, and communicate those opportunities identified to improve overall plan performance.
Michael is a Certified Public Accountant and an IIA Member.
Molly Murphy - CFO
Molly brings nearly 20 years of accounting, finance and tax experience to ConSova. As a CPA, Molly has held positions as a tax accountant for both Hallmark Cards and US Airways. She also leverages her previous experience in the finance arena and as assistant corporate controller. Molly plays a vital role within the organization and is responsible for oversight of all financial activities of the corporation.
John Cratin - Sr. Vice President - Business Development
John brings nearly 20 years of business management, team leadership, client management, sales, marketing and consulting experience to the organization. John's business and leadership experience spans from the building and operating of his own companies and those where he provided interim management during various transitional and turn-around situations. His career has focused primarily in the health care and pharmaceutical markets and most recently has spent 6 years as a partner with one of the leading health care and prescription drug claim audit firms which targeted and served numerous Fortune 500 and other large self-insured employer groups.
Stephanie Bohon - Director DEV Services
Stephanie is responsible for oversight and leadership of the dependent verification operations team including audit, call center and client support staff. Prior to ConSova, Stephanie served as a Human Resource Manager for a Large Employer and was responsible for staff management, employee relations, benefit administration, employee and management counseling, recruitment and customer data collection. Stephanie previously held positions as Director of Human Resources, Human Resource Manager and Human Resources Administrator.
Scott Limoni - Director – Claims Services
Scott is responsible for oversight and leadership of the overpayment recovery division of ConSova Corporation. Scott brings over 10 years of experience in overpayment identification, prevention, and recovery efforts. In Scott's previous experience with OptumInsight, he served as Associate Director General Management. Scott's responsibilities included staff management, employee development, provider/payer relations, informatics, and sales in a multi-state geographical area. Scott previously has held the positions of Regional Director, Assistant Regional Director, and Regional Account Manager with AIM Healthcare Services, Inc. Scott's career has been largely focused around reducing the cost of healthcare through cost containment practices.
Jack Zoellner - Director of Information Technology
As Director of Information Technology, Jack has over 25 years of business and software experience. He has consulted with many businesses over the years, including VISA, Quiznos, Pearson / eCollege, Law.com, etc. on technology development, strategic architecting and planning. With a background, diverse experience in many companies, and an MBA in Finance and Service Operations, he is uniquely qualified to identify advantages that automation can bring to a company's services.
